Assemblyman Dan Hutchison and Senator James Beach have re-introduced legislation to require insurance coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of PANS and PANDAS. A3246 and S598 have been referred to the House Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee and the Senate Commerce Committee, respectively. We hope to see the bills posted to the Committee soon for its consideration.
